The Future Physician Leaders Program from the UC Riverside School of Medicine is a seven-week mentorship program founded by Dr. Raul Ruiz in 2009 for students aspiring to be healthcare professionals. 

The mission of this collaborative community-based project to get to serve and educate the community in the effort to reduce health disparities in the Inland Empire.

During the summer program, students and their groups develop a community health project.
